As reported in Bloomberg Businessweek…America’s Richest Zip Codes 2011here’s their list of where the 1% live and plays.
Alpine isn’t even mentioned in the top 50 list. Alpine may have lots of expensive homes, but there’s equally lots of them for sale, and no one knows what these mega mansions are worth, because they’re not selling.
Not that I agree with Gadberry Group’s matric for measuring wealth, but if Bloomberg Businessweek prints it then I have to give them the benefit of the doubt here.
